The 2009 World Conference on Sport and the Environment will be held at the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre (VCEC) which is surrounded by spectacular mountains and located on the waterfront at Canada Place in the heart of beautiful downtown Vancouver, Canada.
The VCEC is an award-winning facility as the recent recipient of the International Association of Congress Centres (AIPC) award for World's Best Convention Centre, following up on its previous win for this honour in 2002.
